• AI-powered explanations and answer generation
• Visual learning tools: Mindmaps and revision tables
• Specialty-specific content access based on subscription
• Progress tracking and bookmarking features

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Duration: Available in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans
• Pricing: Varies by specialty and duration (see pricing page)
• Currency: Displayed in INR (₹), charged in USD via PayPal
• Access: Specialty-specific access for the chosen duration

4.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal
• PayPal accepts credit/debit cards and PayPal accounts
• Payment is processed in USD (automatically converted from INR)
• Exchange rate: Approximately ₹83 = $1 USD

4.3 Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your subscribed content. Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

5. User Account & Access

5.1 Account Creation

• Google sign-in required for account creation
• One account per user/email address
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

5.2 Account Sharing

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your subscription is for personal use only. Sharing login credentials or allowing multiple users to access your account may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5.3 Subscription Validity

• Access begins immediately after payment
• Validity period: 3, 6, or 12 months from purchase date
• Access expires automatically at end of subscription period
• No automatic renewal - manual renewal required

6. Digital Delivery

This is a digital service with online access only. There is no physical product to ship or deliver. Access is granted instantly upon payment confirmation and can be accessed from any device with internet connectivity.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and payment
• Use the Service for personal educational purposes only
• Not share, copy, or redistribute content from the platform
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or access unauthorized areas
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

• Technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Account sharing or unauthorized access
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Abusive behavior towards staff or other users

No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
